Ald. Todd Stroger, the Democratic nominee for Cook County
Board president, and the 8th Ward organization he represents have given
almost $8,000 to a group that believes blacks should not be taxed and
should not be involved in interracial relationships, and which supports
the creation of a separate state for blacks.
